We offer in-person classes five days a week, and Zoom classes on Monday & Saturday mornings, and Monday & Wednesday evenings (email us to request the Zoom schedule).

GETTING STARTED
We meet in the sanctuary of the church. Park in the parking lot on the north side of the building and enter through the gate on the right side of the building (closest to Fresno Street). When you get to the black fence on the left, open the gate from the inside by reaching through the bars (it’s very easy, just sounds complicated). Enter the building through the second set of double doors on the left, just past the stained-glass windows.
Please bring your own mat and a small blanket or beach towel. We encourage you to wear a mask until you get to your mat.
ENROLLMENT & OTHER FEES
Attend your first session as our guest. You may enroll after the session or the next time you visit. The one-time enrollment fee is $15 per family, which includes our Manual Of Yoga Sessions and the Introduction to Yoga CD.
To help us continue our mission while covering the cost of operations (our teachers are all volunteers) we offer three tiers of payment for you to choose from, depending on what you wish to give and your ability to pay.
Community level: $5/class or $20/month unlimited attendance. As a member of our Community we extend this affordable rate so all can benefit from the practice of yoga.
Supporter level: $10/class or $30/month unlimited attendance. For those able to contribute a little more to help us meet the needs of rent and other overhead.
Patron level: $15/class or $50/month unlimited attendance. For those able to contribute enough to cover overhead and support our mission of offering yoga to all.
Everyone is welcome regardless of what tier you choose. We are grateful for your ongoing support and dedication to our practice and community.
